very nice people

it was very nice... all the boys were very friendly and never pressured me at all! I highly reccommend it. If the above comments who said they should hire older dancers... well go somewhere else... i love the cute boys there and thats why i went! Every time i come to town, Taboo will be on my list.

Taboo 1996 - 2001

The best years for Taboowere from 1996 to 2001, nice dansers and great staff. The new staff that has taken over since the raid and just not as good, well , Jay on the bar is great, but the rest are not as fun. The dansers were younger looking in the 90's and early 2000's. But the place is still the best strip bar in Montreal.

American Regular Visitor

The place is great..the Dancers polite, friendly and almost always very cute..yes, you have to like twinks..You can't judge the place by one visit as they all have slower times..Lots of regular customers and long term dancers. Best Bartender (Jay) in Montreal..

Avoid this place like the plague!

This is probably one of the grossest clubs Ive been to. The dancers are all VERY young if not underage and are constantly hitting on you to go in the back for dances. A friend of mine took them up on the $10 dance...only to get shook down in the back. The dancer tried to extort almost $200 from him for "services". The place got busted by the cops and several customers were arrested. Avoid this place like the plague!

An ok bar with some nice-looking strippers

I moved to Montreal from Halifax 3 months ago and I went to Taboo twice this month. Most of the dancers were far too young-looking ----however,I liked the fact that 6 of the 8 dancers spoke to said they were openly gay or bisexual.Taboo should hire older dancers too----I liked two very good-looking dancers called Dominic and Mathieu.Dominic was very good-looking but did not strip naked in either of the two dances he did on stage. He lowered his jeans to show his ass,but never removed them and never showed his genitalia to anyone.By contrast, all other dancers did get nude on stage. It was a surprise.Taboo could be improved by hiring many older dancers too---there should be no age limit as long as dancers seem young.Campus and Stock have dancers that are too muscular.
