    A staple gone bad...
This place used to be "THE" place at the end of the 90's and beginning of 2000. Unfortunately, many changes (Correction: Too many changes !) have alienated the clientele and once those are gone, you'd better close up ! The place is empty. I mean : EMPTY !... Unless they bring up serious changes, do not bother unless you want to have a drink alone or with someone and be REAL quiet.

    What happened here?
I have NEVER seen more than five people at a time in this bar and it might only be because they are friends with the barman Robbie. The decoration is very classic, and the place looks nice. The ambiance is very relaxed (because it's empty). I go there only to play on the LottoQuebec slot machines, specially on the second floor.

    If you like prostitutes
Simple enough, all the guys downstairs are escorts on their time off or drug users that need another fix, but they'll leave you alone unless of course you solicit sex, and I guarantee they'll pay up (but ask yourself, would you really want it to start with?) Upstairs nice and quiet, decent bar, lots of video lottery if you like it, overall, one of the few places you can sit and hear yourself think, but don't think you'll get anything there but a beer.
