The concept of JP's is akward. It's a place where gay man are supposed to bring 'girl' friends. Problem is, I prefer to be with a boy and be with people like me. I'm not saying that women shouldn't be allowed, but there are better bars for that (Mado, Sky). Also the dancers are more discrete on stage when in front of women. The place is nice but kind of deserted. Dancers are not even gay, it doesn't feel same ambiance than before. I prefer the old times of Adonnis, I feel more welcomed and didn't cost me 3 extra dollars.

This place has been nicely redecorated. It's not as dark as the old Adonis. On the down side it has not that many dancers and customers; and they are only open from Wednesdays to Sundays. There is a $3 cover charge ALL THE TIME. Most of the time is not worth it.

Last time I was there,Pierre Fitch was dancing--about 2 weeks ago.He was very much liked by the crowd. They should hire more older dancers olike him and other former dancers---as long as the crowd likes them. The crowd likes older dancers too.

I visited there two weeks ago and the quality of dancers and staff is much improved . Much credit goes to the current manager
