Circus Afterhours (Closed Permanently)

(22 Ratings)
Electronic music for muscle boys and pin-up girls
Circus Afterhours is one of two afterhours clubs in Montreal, meaning it does not serve alcohol. However, what these places lack in alcohol they make up for in beats, mostly of the electronic/house kind. Look for world-renowned DJs making recurrent appearances.

Hours
Thu, Sun 2:00 am - 8:00 am
Fri-Sat 2:00 am - 10:00 am
Opens at 2:00am

FYI

This club only open Wed-Sun. Don't see that info anywhere on this website and you really have to dig to find it on the clubs website. Giving it 3 stars only because it wasn't open last night when I tried to go.

For the educated music lover

Circus has changed a lot in the last few years. Great international bookings on a weekly basis, clean club, always 2 rooms playing either techno, house or trance (no more hip hop). I love the place but it's definitely more straight than gay. Go for the music and dance, not to pick up! Pricing at the door is reasonable. It placed #60 in DJ Mag Top 100 Clubs.

Gun violence and fightinf

If you want alot of gun violence and agressive straight guys then this is the place to go. I suggest going somewhere else. This place is definety not safe.
